The Lizotte Fish Fillet Sorter uses x-ray and color camera to detect various internal and external defects. This machine can sort 25 fish fillets per second and automatically eject defective product to ensure that only top quality product is sent to market.
The Lizotte Fish Fillet Sorter can inspect fresh or frozen fish fillets of every shape and size. It’s even possible to use it after the added value process such as after breading, fryer, or freezer. This system is fully food grade and ready for harsh wash-down environment.
