Description
The Lizotte Fish Block Sorter uses soft x-ray technology to detect various foreign material and bone at a rate of 1 piece per second per lane. The system is able to detect small bone along with ferrous and non-ferrous metal including stainless steel.
By using a pusher kicker, the defective product will be ejected from the production line. This product is being inspected frozen to ensure the integrity of the block during the inspection process. This system is fully food grade and ready for harsh wash-down environment.
