The Lizotte Donut & Donut Hole Sorter uses color cameras to detect various color, size and shape defects. This machine sorts all kind of donuts (chocolate, cake donut, shell, ring, and more) and donut holes to ensure that only top quality product is sent to the market. It can process, up to 40 pieces per second and uses a custom-built ejection system designed to reject defects without damaging the product.
