The Lizotte Patty Stack Sorter uses X-ray technology to detect foreign material in a pack of foods. That technology can be applied to various types of packaged foods. From stacks of meat to ground meat it can process up to 120 pieces per minute. It uses drop-down technology to eject the contaminated products.
Along with formed plastic containers, our technology can inspect inside various types of packaging such as pouches, seal packs, boxes, and, much more. This system is fully food-grade and ready for harsh wash-down environments.
