Description
The Lizotte Meat Chubs Sorter processes up to 120 pieces per minute and inspects for foreign material. The system can process small chubs of sausage or ground meat along with logs of 4 feet long.
The ejection process will be performed in two separate areas depending on the length of the product. Air-activated gates will be used to divert the chubs into the right rejection category. This system is fully food-grade and ready for harsh wash-down environments.
