Description
The Lizotte Pickle sorter can inspect 26,000 tons of product per hour and maybe more. The system inspects for color defects, size defects, hallow pickles, shape, weight, and foreign material defects like plastic, rubber, wood, metal, glass, rocks, and more. It combines X-ray and vision inspection to detect the above defects. This technology can be applied to cucumbers, pickles and much more.
This system uses an innovative gate ejection mechanism that is not affected by the orientation of the product and will only eject the defective product from production. This system is fully food-grade and ready for harsh wash-down environments.
