The Lizotte breast and thigh X-ray technology can detect bones and foreign material. It can detect anything down to 0.6mm using dual-energy x-ray technology. It can also grade products for thickness, overweight, and undersize. Inspecting up to 3 products per second per lane, this system uses Lizotte’s innovative ejection mechanism to automatically eject products from the production line into their distinctive categories.

In addition, this system can be coupled with a high definition color inspection system that will detect blood spots, breast discoloration, remaining skin and foreign material detectable from the top (rubber, plastic, wood, cardboard, etc).
