The Lizotte Bakery Product Sorter uses color cameras to detect various color, size and shape defects. This machine sorts all kind of bakery products to ensure that only top quality product is sent to the market. It can process bagel, cookie, muffin, english muffin, crescent and much more. The Lizotte Bakery Product Sorter uses a custom built ejection system designed to reject the defective product without ejecting any good product. Lizotte Machine Vision design each inspection system based on your product and your inspection needs. This system is fully washable and ready for wash-down.
